In Science today we made Carbon dioxide by mixing a vitamin tablet with water. We did this in a vitamin tube and the gas we made built up and popped off the lid like a mini explosion.
This chemical reaction changed the water and the tablet irreversibly.
P5/6A were making spooky cupcakes for Halloween and learned to wash their hands correctly before touching food as part of our Achievement Log targets.
We really enjoyed our cupcakes!
P5/6A had a drama session where they,
Gladiators fighting lions, slaves or other gladiators.

P5/6A came to work today dressed as the jobs they want to be.
P6 and P5/6A had a very interesting visit from a laser scientist today.
P5/6 A had a fantastic visit from Mr Graham today to talk about his work and travels as a Global Sales Representative.
We heard about and tested some of his products and heard a lot of interesting information about his travels. We saw some of the different places he has visited, the food there, the different cultures and got to hold some of the different currencies form the countries he has been to.
P5/6A recreated scenes from Roman times in a drama lesson today and the other classmates had to decide was it:
A slave versus a lion.
A gladiator with a sword v another with a spear.
Ceaser watching the battle.
A gladiator with a net and trident versus a lion.
We all had fun acting and guessing.

Today we were much more successful , our I pads worked with the link needed to make team models.
