world At Work Week
Today we had two visitors for World at Work week.
Mrs Ward came to talk about journalism and business manangment and the pupils asked lots of interesting questions.
And Mr Bunce came in to show us how to use numbers on the I Pads, it is apples version of MS Excel.
Drama in P5/6A
P5/6A recreated scenes from Roman times in a drama lesson today and the other classmates had to decide was it:
A slave versus a lion.
A gladiator with a sword v another with a spear.
Ceaser watching the battle.
A gladiator with a net and trident versus a lion.
We all had fun acting and guessing.

Lego Into Orbit Club
Today we were much more successful , our I pads worked with the link needed to make team models.
P5/6 Team Building
While P5 were at athletics with active Stirling P6 tried their hand at problem solving in a team.
who could build the tallest tower with spaghetti and plasticine.
Lego Into Orbit Club
Today was our first meeting of the Lego Into Orbit Club.
Despite a few technical hitches we managed to complete our first set of models! Only ten more to go then onto designing our robot before we program it.
Luckily P7 are experts.
P5/6 Invasion Games
P5/6 have been mastering their invasion game skills this term.
We have refined the skills needed for bench ball, hockey and netball this term and played a few games of each sport.
Today we had our first taste of netball. 
P5/6 French Games
We played a game of first to 20 French words. In pairs you take turns to write words down, then if your partner rolls a six it’s their turn until you roll a six. It got quite exciting for a simple game and we were really impressed by how many words we knew,
P5/6 Become Big Reading Buddies For P2S
P5/6A became big reading buddies for P2S this week.
P5/6 Create Pneumatic Crocodiles
In P5/6 this week we finished designing our pneumatic crocodile designs. We used tubing and a balloon to create them in small groups.
They look fab!
