Hi everyone!
Welcome to the school football page. At the moment we have two football squads. We have a girls’ squad and a boys’ squad.
Miss Cowie is team manager for the boys’ squad and Robert Madeley is team coach. Robert has many coaching qualifications and he is still very heavily involved in football in his own time. We really appreciate Robert giving up his time to help us.
Aimee Pollock (Active Schools) is team coach for the girls’ squad. Aimee plays football herself so she is able share her expertise and support skill development with our girls. We really appreciate Aimee giving up her time to support the girls.
The boys’ squad have entered the Joe McGill League Cup and they have five games to play in the first round. The fixtures are detailed below:
- Struthers Primary School V Coylton Primary School
- Coylton Primary School V St Patrick’s Primary School
- Coylton Primary School V St Ninian’s Primary School
- Glenburn Primary School V Coylton Primary School
- Coylton Primary School V Alloway Primary School
The boys’ squad have also entered the Mackie Cup. Their first game is against Muirhead Primary School.
The girls’ squad still need to arrange their games and this information will be updated in due course.
