Eco-Schools 2025-26

Taking on a leadership role are P4/5 pupils who will take our Eco-Schools work forward.  We are working towards our next Green Flag accreditation.  The class started a committee, known as the ‘Eco-Crew’.  The name was decided by the pupils after making suggestions, then voting for the best one.

Moving forward, pupils will conduct an environmental review to identify ways we can improve our school.  These will then be linked to three environmental topics, for example, ‘Climate Action’, ‘Litter and Waste’, ‘Biodiversity’, and more. In partnership with the class teacher, pupils will create an action plan for the whole school, sharing this with the school and encouraging classes to play their part.
