Primary 4 

This year our teacher is Miss Herron and we have 30 pupils in our class. In our class we show we are ready, respectful and safe.

•  In Maths this term we will be focusing on a range of money skills, grid references, addition and subtraction strategies, multiplication, division and fractions.
• In Literacy, we are reading Cliffhanger and The Butterfly Lion as our book study. We will explore a range of grammar, writing and comprehension skills through these texts.
• In Physical education we will be working on our ball skills through basketball, hockey and badminton. We will also learn a range of new skills from the P.E specialist, Mr Crookston.
• We are continuing to develop our technology skills weekly by exploring and creating a range of Word documents and PowerPoints but also using the internet to help us research new topics to help deepen our understanding. We will also explore coding this term by looking at scratch and Micro:Bits. We love using the iPads to help enhance our learning!
