Primary 3 – Term 1

This year our teacher is  Mr McFadzean and we have 24 pupils in our class.  Mrs Cox teaches our class on a Wednesday afternoon and all day Thursday. In our class we show we are ready, respectful and safe.

• In Maths this term we will be focusing place value, shape, symmetry, addition and subtraction.
• In Literacy, we are reading Fantastic Mr Fox as our book study. We will also be exploring themes of Farming through this.
• This term, we are developing our ball skills through Basketball.
• We continue to develop our technology skills weekly with the school iPads and computers. We are learning the importance of passwords, creating our own and learning to log onto the computer independently.  We are learning to use the google search engine to search for websites independently.
• Mrs Cox teaches us French, science and RME. We look forward to our days in class with her.
