Accelerated Reading
Pupils in Primary 4–7 are taking part in Accelerated Reading to develop and strengthen their reading comprehension skills. Each pupil selects a book that matches their reading level and interests, allowing them to read independently and at their own pace. After finishing their book, pupils complete an online quiz to check their understanding and celebrate their progress.
The Accelerated Reading programme helps foster a love of reading while supporting pupils to become more confident, thoughtful readers. A link to access the quizzes and resources online is available here for pupils who wish to log in from home.
