We have been very busy learning all about sustainability and how to reduce our plastic waste.  On Wednesday we learned that many household items that we weren’t expecting contained plastic and also how difficult it can be to recycle.  We are hoping to create some art next week with our plastic rubbish.

We had a week of consolidation with our spelling, as some of us found the ‘ie’ sound and the ‘f’ family difficult.  We are also getting to grips with fractions.  Fractions of a shape and of an amount.

In preparation for Mother’s Day we made some paper flowers.  I hope you all have a lovely weekend!
