Autumn Art

A little while ago, we discussed a very, big question in Room 2 – “What Makes the World Wonderful?”. We had fantastic answers such as fireworks, God, Rainbows, Schools, People and Nice Autumn Leaves.

We have spoken and read books all about the changes that we see in Autumn so we decided to create lovely Autumn art. We used different materials such as our fingers, cotton wool, sponges and cotton buds to create the illusion of Autumn leaves. We can’t wait to display our pictures on our ‘Being Me’ squares in class.

Next week, we will be celebrating Book Week Scotland. We would like to invite our parents/families into our class on Monday 17th November at 2pm to enjoy some reading time with us. We are also being gifted fabulous Bookbug bags filled with lots of great goodies! We can’t wait to see you then.
