We are the Pupil Council and we are looking for your help.
Christmas time can be a difficult time for some families.
Normally at Newton Farm Primary School at this time of year we collect donations for the food bank. However, we have decided to do something a little different this year.
We would like to help local families who need a bit of help to have a Happy Christmas.
We are looking for donations to make Christmas hampers. You can donate anything you like which you feel would be a nice treat for a family in need.
We had been thinking about things such as: nice food and treats, toys, cosy socks, toiletries, warm cosy pyjamas, hot chocolate.
Anything at all you can spare would be very much appreciated.
Next week at our Christmas sing alongs and Nativity we will have an area for you to leave any donations or you can send items into school with your child.
The last day for donations will be Friday 13th December.
