We had a wonderful visit to Amazonia on Thursday where we learnt more about the rainforest, including the different layers, types of trees and animals that live in each. We also had a fantastic animal handling session where we got to meet (and hold!) a cockroach, Shelly the Tortoise and Ziggy the Snake.

When we returned we spent the afternoon transforming our classroom into our very own rainforest. We cannot wait to show this off when it is complete – you will be amazed by our creativity and teamwork.

On Friday we celebrated ‘Be Bright Day’ with a wonderful range of eye catching outfits.
