Learning with Room 6

Room 6 have had another fabulous week. This week, we finished our handprints for our class charter, and we agreed upon 5 different rights for us to focus on in the class. We then picked the colour of paint that represented the right, and used our handprint to show the importance of that right.

We were very active in our learning this week, we played subtraction bowling and used the coat hangers to help us learn about subtraction. For spelling we started playing ‘speed write’ which is when we write our words as many times as we can before the 1 minute timer runs out and practiced writing our words in the sand trays. For our Topic ‘Super Duper Me’, we created ‘Super Me’ superheroes!

Well done to everyone this week, hope you all have a lovely weekend.
