S2 White-Water Writing Project

A few weeks ago, 10 S2 pupils took part in The White-Water Writing Project in which they spent a week creating, writing and editing their own novel on the theme of climate change.
This novel will also be handed out to delegates at the COP 26 conference. 
The novel, entitled “The Meltdown” is now available for purchase on Amazon at the link below.
We are all very proud of the hard work and dedication of the team!

Book Week Scotland 2021

 

  • This year we have a variety of reading- inspired tasks and resources for pupils to enjoy in all year groups
  • We encourage you to try a new book this week or try one of the BWS activities or challenges
  • DROP EVERYTHING AND READ will take place on Thursday November 18th. Make sure you bring a book in your bag!  Listen out for the tannoy which will go off at some point and tell you to stop what you’re doing and read!
  • Sit back and relax with a good book!
