What is it?
The Children’s Commission Leadership Group (CCLG) is the multi agency strategic group that provides vision, direction and governance to our integrated children’s services. The CCLG ensures that our combined resources are used efficiently and effectively to deliver and demonstrate improved outcomes for children and young people, families and carers. This will be achieved through a variety of means, including early intervention and preventive spend at all levels and stages.

The Children’s Commission Leadership Group reports to:
- The Community Planning Partnership Executive Group
It provides feedback to:
- The Commission Planning Group on progress that is reported via 3 key things reporting.
The Leadership Group may request progress updates outwith the formal reporting timescales when required.
