Staff wellbeing is essential for a healthy, compassionate and effective workplace.  When staff feel supported and valued, they are better able to manage challenges, work effectively and maintain their own resilience. Every member of staff deserves access to the right resources and support.

This page brings together a range of wellbeing offers to help you stay healthy, connected and supported in your work and beyond. It includes resources you can use to support your own wellbeing, alongside the organisational supports available from workplaces to help you feel safe, valued and well in your role.

Stirling

For Stirling Council staff, our care, well-being and support are taken care of in a number of ways.  This includes our wealth of policies and procedures, available to view on MyPortal.

We also have a well-being app rather called PAM ASSIST:  PAM-assist.co.uk or Your Wellbeing Hub which has a wealth of resources that are tailored to us as individuals if we answer a few questions on how we may want to use the app.
