The Child Protection Committee [Scotland] is running a campaign title Under Pressure to support families around a variety of challenges with the hashtag #itsoktoask. The campaign encourages parents to ask for help when they are struggling to cope, have financial pressures, are needing help with care, have challenges in connecting with children or just looking for help with parenting.

The campaign was also featured on BBC Radio Scotland’s Good Morning Scotland programme today with an interview with Samara Shah and a Catriona Miller, head teacher from a primary school in Greenock – listen from about 48 minutes.
