Digital Literacy is at the heart of learning in our technological society and digital skills are developed from an early age. The Faculty of Business & Computing equips pupils with transferable digital skills they can use in all areas of the school, as well as skills they can develop and take forward into the world of work.
In S1 and S2, pupils will follow the Digital Learning course, which covers Presenting Information, iPad Passport, Coding, Computational thinking, Graphics, Enterprise, Web Design and Animation.
In S3 pupils have the option to pick up to 2 subjects to take forward into the National courses. The National courses we offer are:
· Admin & IT (National 3/4/5 and Higher)
· Business management (National 3/4/5 and Higher)
· Computing Science (National 3/4/5 and Higher)
