My Work Experience at Brodie Engineering
In my work experience I went to work in train engineering where I learned how to work as part of a team and how to communicate with other workers. I found this placement by myself as my dad was involved with the company and I was interested in the how it all works.
The tasks that I completed were only small ones as the train was going into the final stages of the process but they were still important. I was able to install tables into the train and rubber onto floors and walls as well giving the train a good overall finish.
I learned a lot from train engineering like all the different types of trade you can get into and how complex these tasks can. I really enjoyed it as it gave me an insight of a job that I am interested in doing.
