Red Nose Day Round 2

We all came together this afternoon to have a fun Red Nose Party! Every class was an effective contributor and each took the lead on a game.

We had a red nose relay race, large red ball dodge ball, clear the court with a red nose twist, parachute team work game and biscuit decorating.

A great time was had by all and we enjoy all coming together for special events. We all take part in our own way.

Sean was the well deserved Dodge ball Champion!

Red Nose Day Fun

The Secondary department have had a wonderful day raising money and awareness for Comic Relief.  We joined together for our community café this morning where classes brought themed cakes for us to sell and eat.  This afternoon we joined together again for a games afternoon and party!

We were all confident individuals as we all joined in and took part.       🙂

Red Nose Day

Today was Red Nose Day. Some of the boys came in wearing red. We watched the YouTube video “put a nose on it” by Singing Hands. We went to the atrium with all the other infant classes and had a dance. We played Red Nose Day corners with the different Disney characters on the t-shirts and also had an nose and spoon race. The boys also tried on Red Nose Day glasses and a nose.

Red Nose Day

We have had such a fun day raising awareness for Red Nose Day.

Jack and Blake were very confident individuals serving all their customers during café. Great communication skills and it was always service with a smile.

Anthony listened to Blake asking him a question and responded by using makaton without being asked to, it was a lovely moment.

Blake is fantastic at cleaning up after everyone, he didn’t miss a crumb!

Angus has had a fantastic week and has been a confident individual when interacting with his peers.  Angus even came to into the lunch hall to enjoy his haggis, this was the first time in a long long time.

We love Science!!!

This week has been a busy one. Loads of science activities – some worked and some didn’t!!!!! But they were all great fun. We worked on our money skills, make colourful cupcakes, practiced our signing and had a lovely morning in the café for Red Nose Day.
