FAB Friday 20/3/26
To celebrate the end of term almost here, this Friday 20th March, we will be hosting a whole school FAB Friday Get Together, where we will be recognising the Wider Achievements of our pupils .
We want to hear about your child’s successes! Please bring in your certificates, medals or stories about your achievements from this past term.
To help with the programming of the morning, please complete the form below by next Thursday 19th March to let us know what your child wishes to celebrate. We will use the names gathered on the Form to create the running order.
Benedetti Foundation Workshop 12/3/26
Today our P5/6, P6 and P7 classes were fortunate enough to take part in a music workshop with Callum and Lucy from the Benedetti Foundation.
We took part in learning about different beats and rhythms and listening carefully to patterns of sounds which were made. We had to identify the different instruments which were used and some of us even had turns at leading the rest of the classes. Everyone loved it and participated extremely well!

NCDT in partnership with New Cumnock Community FC and Glenafton Athletic are delighted to host our exciting 2-day football camp at Loch Park, New Cumnock!

👦👧 P1 – P7 (Boys and Girls Welcome)
Young players will enjoy fun training, games and challenges inspired by the World Cup.
🌍 Theme: Come along geared up in your favourite World Cup team colours or kit!
🍕 Day 2 Special:We’ll finish the camp with Pizza and a Presentation to celebrate the players’ efforts!
💷 £12 per day or £20 for both days

Join us for a fun-filled morning of egg decorating in Trotters, then we’ll head off to Greenhead to see who can roll their egg the furthest down the hill!

⛳ FREE 6 Week Golf Coaching for Young People (P6+) ⛳
NCDT are looking to gauge interest in a FREE 6-week golf coaching programme for young people Primary 6 and above.
🏌️ Professional coaching 🏌️
All equipment provided
🏌️ Mixed group and Girls-only group options
🏌️Likely to run Monday evenings
A great opportunity for young people to try golf, learn new skills and get active outdoors. Delivered in partnership with New Cumnock Community Golf Club, with thanks to NCDT Community Development Funding.
📍 Priority will be given to young people living in New Cumnock.

Allan’s Magic Roadshow
Today, our infant classes visited Allan’s magic show which reinforced the messages of road safety. They all enjoyed this and we’re great at relaying the message of ‘STOP, LOOK, LISTEN AND THINK’.
Green Fingers!
Our uppers have been busy at lunchtime, making their own bird nests for our school garden! They look wonderful!
