NCPS 2027 School Show

We are delighted to announce our 2027 school show will be… Matilda JR!!!

Our young people will perform this on Wednesday 23rd and Thursday 24th June 2027.

Rehearsals will be held on a Monday 3-4.30pm starting on 28th September and running for the duration of the school year.

Please note Monday 28th September will be our audition night and the cast will be announced on Monday 5th October.

Our school show requires a mixture of cast (main, featured and ensemble roles) and stagehands to support with props and stage design.

Commitment and enthusiasm is required to make this show as successful as our previous performances.

If your child is in P4-7 and is keen to take part, please complete the Form below to confirm their attendance on Monday 28th September.

Those wishing to audition for a speaking part must indicate this on the Form and your child will be given the dialogue pages to rehearse at home prior to auditions on Monday 28th September.

This Friday 25th September, we will be hosting a whole school FAB Friday Get Together, where we will be recognising the Wider Achievements of our pupils .

We want to hear about your child’s successes! Please bring in your certificates, medals or stories about your achievements from this past term.

To help with the programming of the morning, please complete the form below by Thursday 24th September to let us know what your child wishes to celebrate. We will use the names gathered on the Form to create the running order.

Afterschool Clubs Term 1 (Update)

Please see information below about an additional P6/7 Cross Country Afterschool Club running this term which you can sign your child up to attend. This is with the intention of finding children who wish to compete in a regional Cross Country competition later this session.

We are now offering x3 sessions of P6-7 Cross Country with Active Schools on a Thursday 3-3.45pm.

Spaces are limited so register your child quickly. You will be contacted via email to confirm your child has been allocated a space.

Any club cancellations will be notified via the school app.

Please see below about an Autism specific service which provides free and confidential information, advice, guidance and signposting to parents/carers, individuals and professionals covering the whole of Ayrshire.

The service is open to all pre, during and post diagnosis along with anyone self-identifying.

Earlybird – The earlybird programme aims to empower parents and supporting professionals to understand more about autism and discuss useful strategies on how to support autistic children aged under 4.

Afterschool Clubs Term 1 (UPDATE)

Please see information in the Form below about additional Afterschool Clubs running this term aimed at upper primary.

We are now offering x3 sessions of P5-7 Badminton with Tommy Mulgrew on a Friday and are reaching out for anymore uptake on our Active Schools Sports sessions on Thursdays aimed at P6-7 pupils.

Spaces are limited so register your child quickly. You will be contacted via email to confirm your child has been allocated a space. If you have already signed your child up to the Girls Football and Table Tennis sessions, you will have received your email confirmation and therefore are not required to do so again.

Any club cancellations will be notified via the school app.
