Weekly Update: 25th Feb – 1st Mar

Tree of Knowledge We welcomed back the Tree of Knowledge to the school to work with our S3 students.  Another excellent and worthwhile series of workshops to help pupils with their learning. Charity Cycle The S3 Girls Group completed a Virtual Cycling Charity Challenge.   They cycled a combined distance of 667 miles which is the distance from Coatbridge to Paris in aid of the Sisters of the Gospel of Life.

Weekly Update: 18th Feb – 22nd Feb

North Lanarkshire Giant Heptathlon Our S1 and S2 Athletes were out competing at the North Lanarkshire Giant Heptathlon at Ravenscraig RSF.  Congratulations to the S1 team who won their competition & to the S2 team who were bronze medalists. S3 Reporting Evening

The S3 Reporting Evening takes place on Monday the 4th of March for parents & carers from 4.00pm until 6.30pm. Any parent or carer who cannot attend but would like an update on the progress of their child should contact the S3 Pupil Support Team of Miss Trainer and Mrs Halavage.

Saturday Study School

We will once again be offering Saturday Study School for students in S4-S6 as a strategy for raising pupil attainment. The Saturday School sessions will begin on Saturday 23rd of February and will run every Saturday until Saturday the 9th of March.  Students will have the opportunity to attend 2 study sessions each Saturday.
