Appendix 4 – wider community letter

From the new term in August school will finish at 12.30pm on a Friday but young people have the opportunity to participate in a range of activities on the Friday afternoon as part of the #FutureFridays programme. Cast your eye over what’s on offer here by clicking on the link below:

If you are leaving school at the summer then it is important that you complete the form below so that we can remove you from the role. This form is in place of the normal Leavers Form.

If you are in S4 or S5 and have not discussed leaving with your Pupil Support Teacher then you should make contact ASAP.
