Your responses have been invaluable and have enabled us to create an S4/5 into S5/6 Option Form that offers all young people appropriate and meaningful opportunities for success in the Senior Phase

Option interviews with the Principal Teacher of Pupil Support will begin shortly. Parents and carers, if not already done so, are asked to discuss and finalise subject choices for next session with their young person, using the option form above.
Paper copies of the option form will also be issued to all pupils. Once final choices have been agreed, these should be clearly recorded on the form and brought by the pupil to their option interview, where it should be handed to the Pupil Support teacher at the start of the meeting.
If any subject choices cannot be accommodated due to building, uptake or teacher constraints pupils and parents/carers will be informed, and a second interview will be arranged to discuss alternative options.
