Hello everyone,

This week in Room 1 we have been reading the story The Very Hungry Caterpillar. We have been learning to order the story, check out our amazing Hungry Caterpillar with all his food that we made using outdoor materials.

During writing we described our favourite and least favourite foods after we tried some of the food from our story. We are working hard to add detail to our drawings such as facial expressions and full bodies.

In Maths and Numeracy we have been looking at counting and making the numbers 8 and 9. How amazing are our responses during Number Talks!

Through play some of us have been making our own books, making masks and opening restaurants.

We love when our P4 INDI leaders visit us on a Friday. This week’s challenge was to create a path for INDI that drove round a member of our group! We made sure we used the correct tile for turning left and right.
