We have had a wonderful start to our Primary 4 school year and are settling in to our new classroom well.

Class Charter

We have begun creating our Class Charter using the UNCRC and have chosen the rights we feel are most important in our room. By the end of this week we hope to have it finished and our rights added to the display.

Meet the Teacher

We are looking forward to welcoming parents/carers into our classroom next week on Thursday for our ‘Meet the Teacher’ session, after school. If you manage along you will see the progress we have made with our new display.

Jotter Work

We have started work in our Num & Maths, Read to Write and Taught Writing jotters.

PE

Our PE days are Mondays and Thursdays.

Assembly – Sharing our Out of School Achievements in the Golden Book

On a Wednesday we have Assembly. If your child has any out of school achievements please ask them to bring along certificates, badges and/or trophies on the last Wednesday of each month so we can add them to our Golden Book and show them at our morning Assembly.

Jackets

We’ve had a wet and windy August so far so, we kindly ask that your child brings a waterproof jacket to school.
