Monday: 

Calvin- New sound e_e like eve, cheese, complete. 

Alice- We were learning about giving change in money.

Eva- adding in an appositive to a sentence. 

Eilidh- an appositive is something that you add into a sentence and it describes something. 

Sam- we read a new book and learned new words. 

Tuesday

Calvin- Wordsearch in French and drawing pictures

Alice- We learned about how to say Easter in French

Beth- Learning how to say different easter items in french

Wednesday

We learned about adding appositives to our writing

We added detail into our sentences in writing 

We learned about adding totals in money 

We practiced our 10 times table

Thursday

We read a new book and answered questions on it

We had a dance break before literacy 

We went outside for P.E to practice for sports day 

We used active spelling strategies to learn our new spelling words. 

Reminder: 

School trip on Monday 31st March. Please remember packed lunches. Children can come to school in their comfy clothes but must be wearing something with the Newton Farm Badge, please make sure they are wearing trainers and bring a waterproof jacket.
