Happy World Book Day!

It was an absolutely book-tastic day. I asked the children to help me write today’s post.

• We all dressed up/down in our comfies 
• We watched an authors live with Axel Scheffler and drew some pictures of the Gruffalo and Jonty Gentuu
• We read lots of the books that we brought in with Miss Livingstone
• We created a world day book token to send away to hopefully win some prizes
• We wrote our own books
• We made book marks
• We designed our own comic strip
• We wrote book reviews on our favourite books
• We also spoke about our favourite books and book characters.
• Created a story with our P5 reading buddy
