We have made it to the October holidays and after a lot of hard work, it is time for a well earned rest.

We have been loving our new maths topic- positional language and directions, including grid referencing.  As part of this we got out the indi’s and the whole class loved setting up different paths for the cars.  They worked in small groups, discussing strategies and sharing ideas.  As well as this, the children were tasked with designing their own treasure maps with directions to find the treasure.

In PE this week, we worked a lot on team games and being able to communicate with your peers in order to succeed.

The kids had to work together and make sure they were paying attention at all times!
