The class thought a great deal about their class charter. They debated about the what needed to be included to ensure that everyone could learn and play together happily. Everyone signed to agree to this charter.

P4b have loved learning about our rights and have created a Class Charter with everything that is important to us.

P3a have had a fantastic week back and have settled in well to their new class. We began the week by discussing the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) and decided which ones were important for our class. Working together we decided on the following rights;
We used these rights to create our Minion themed class charter which we will all follow to keep our class a happy and safe place to learn.

P2b had a fantastic first week back and have settled in well to our daily routines. As part of our learning this week we looked at the special rights children have and how we can use the creation of our class charter to ensure all pupils have access to their rights.

Today P6b played team games helping us develop our teamwork and leadership skills. We also got the opportunity to use a Kayak and had lots of fun! 🤩

Our final day at Pinkston was great fun, spent in the forest taking part in a survival game. We also enjoyed popcorn made on the campfire!
after completing the 3 day course we have achieved a few different certificates (yet to come!) for Glasgows urban adventure award and the national outdoor learning award.

We had lots of fun at our first day at Pinkston!
We explored the forest and got a chance to canoe in the canal 🌲🚣♂️
