FAOL – whole school -Sports Day Fun !!

The boys in the Bluebells were Confident Individuals when participating in sports day activities. We sat and waited till all the infant classes came out and then did a warm up with Mrs Feeney, we were loving the music.  We were all set and raring to go … Flat race first …. ON YOUR MARKS GET SET GOOOO !!! We all ran as fast as we could and  there were stickers for 1st , 2nd and 3rd place . We were Responsible citizens and went back and sat and cheered on the other classes. Then it was time for our novelty race, some of the boys managed to complete the race with no staff support . We are very proud of everyone and they are all winners to us . A well earned snack on our new picnic bench after the races.

Watch the blog for action photos from the day being posted by the PE department.

Health and Wellbeing – Parachute Fun!

Effective Contributors

The Sunflower’s class have been practicing following instructions and sharing space as they actively take part in our parachute games.  Each child was able to hold and move the parachute to create a breeze together .  They have also enjoyed moving balls and objects on top of the parachute and launching them into the air during our counting songs. Each child was able to take turns during our passing activities.  Lying underneath the parachute was very relaxing too!
