We have had a last lovely week – Leavers’ Assembly, a Neon Party, played outside in the sunshine, made crispy cakes, saw the new puppies…and did do some hard work!!!

The Transition boys had a great time at their pizza party and enjoyed dancing with all their friends. They were Effective Contributors by helping setting up the gym hall and making the selfie station. The boys had groovy time.

Picnic at Underwood
The Transition boys enjoyed a lovely picnic and games day down at Underwood. They were Responsible Citizens when they were taking turns and waiting patiently. The boys made sure we left no rubbish and had a fantastic day.

30 Days Wild completed!

The Moonbeams class have loved June’s 30 Days Wild challenge where we completed a range of activities outdoors. Our final tasks were switching off all technologies and having fun in the sun (perfect for our nice weather) and creating a map of our local area.

The Moonbeams class enjoyed a final outing to Kay Park yesterday. We decided to make the most of the sun and have a picnic on a blanket, we took our scooters to use on the bike lane and had lots of fun with bubbles, balls and playing in the park.

Willowbank School had a very special visitor yesterday where Kelly our pet therapist came in to visit with Bella’s puppies. We loved meeting them, petting them and we all even braved holding them and giving them kisses and cuddles.

30 Days Wild Wind Mobiles!

The Moonbeams class have enjoyed today’s 30 Day wild challenges where we had to meditate in a wild inspired rainforest. We used a Cosmic Yoga video to help and loved copying Jamie’s moves during a story about a parrot.
Today, we had to gather a range of materials from outdoors to make wild wind mobiles which we really enjoyed.
