SKYDIVE FOR MND

Screenshot_2016-03-01-21-47-01-1Father of three of our pupils that attend Castle Douglas Primary,  John McGaw, and our P1 teacher Miss Lucy Niven, are doing a charity tandem jump on August 20th this year. They’re raising  funds for the very debilitating and terminal illness, motor neurone disease – MND. Which unfortunately John was diagnosed with last year.

The school PTA has discussed raising awareness and fundraising by involving the pupils at the school through health and wellbeing activities in the summer term.

John and his team of skydivers are trying to raise  just over £8,000.

We hope to have an event at the school but donations can also be made to John’s Justgiving page. Even 50p makes a difference and any support is very much appreciated.
