Well done to James who was part of the winning team in the Dumfriesshire Cub Scout Challenge Shield, their 2 course meal was the best at the competition.

Art Club

Mrs Ong has been running an Art Club after school on a Thursday. Here are some photos of the work the children have been doing.

Good luck to Emily who will be representing Dumfries and Galloway in a cycling competition in Belfast soon.

One day we went to a gymnastic competition in Dumfries. One of our team was late, we waited a while but no sign. It was time to face the music with out her. We walked on and I was so nervous. There was a lot of waiting though it got to our turn where Mhairi went ﬁrst then me then Katie we all did well on the volt though next up was the ﬂoor. In the same order this time. This time we did better than we had ever done. I was all over everything we had been waiting for had happen.

Olympic Sailing Hopscotch

Some pupils having been using an app called Hopscotch. It’s a great way to learn various elements of mathematics including movement and rotation whilst also learning how to code.
