Thanks goes to Blair for thinking of using a big box to make a stable for the baby Jesus! Our afternoon children were inspired by their Primary 1 friends after getting a sneaky peak of their dress rehearsal yesterday. Morning children will get to see it on a Thursday.

We have some TPS elves on the loose!
Miss Munro and Miss Butler were shocked to find some magical elves in their classrooms on Friday! They brought team building gifts and letters all the way from the North Pole! We are all very excited to see what they get up to in our classes over the next few weeks! 🎅🏼

Growing Cress with Ms Elder
After reading all about cress seeds, some of Ms Elder’s superstars decided to grow their very own cress in pots. They loved observing the daily changes and kept a visual photographic diary for all of us to see each day when we passed by the classroom. We hope you enjoyed tasting them at home on your sandwiches! Well done everyone!

First Nations Drumming in P7
P7 have been enjoying First Nations drumming sessions with Danny & George from Infectious Grooves. We’ve been developing our ability to play rhythms and poly-rhythms over the past 5 weeks.
P4/3 Winter Artwork
Primary 4/3 have been really busy this morning creating some wonderful winter artwork for our corridor display. I am very proud of the children for their effort.

Using Technology in P5
P5 have been learning how to book cinema tickets for Paddington. They used their knowledge of 24 hour times and coordinates to do this.
They have also been using Google Translate to translate a short text about themselves into French. Well done P5 !!

Last week some children from our new Netball team played in their very first Netball Festival. They showcased their new skills beautifully whilst displaying excellent team work and sportsmanship by celebrating everyone’s success! They were placed 4th overall – WELL DONE! Keep going team Toronto – we’re so proud of you!
The children are loving netball so much that they are practising in our new hall twice a week at lunchtimes with the help and support of Ms Muir and Mr Graham who are very proud of their dedication!
