Primary 5 and Primary 6 enjoyed collaborating with one another during an outdoor scavenger hunt. All groups demonstrated excellent team working skills and enjoyed being outside.

P2 Go Wild
Primary 2 had the best time exploring and playing in the woods. Rob showed us slack lining and we all were brave enough to have a go!
Challenge Poverty Week
P6/7 learned about the importance of shelter during poverty awareness week. We looked at the materials we would include in our houses and different shelter all around the world. We listened to the alternative eco friendly stories ‘The Three Little Eco Pigs’ and Cinderella and the Carbon Foot Prince’. We created our own comic strips to retell the stories. P4 Fire Visit
Primary 4 had a visit from the Fire Service as part of their interdisciplinary learning on the history of Livingston as well as the world of work in the local area.
We loved seeing the inner workings of the fire engine and learning all about the role of a fire fighter.
P6/7 Rugby
Primary 6/7 have been working with coach Sam from Livingston Rugby Club on Friday mornings. We have been enjoying experiencing the game and learning new skills.
P6/7 Go Wild!
This morning Primary 6/7 took part in a very wet outdoor learning session with Kids Gone Wild. We had fun exploring the woods, climbing trees and we bravely had a go at zip lining. We had the best time being wet, messy and outdoors!
P7 Visit to Almond Valley
P7 had a great time on their trip to Almond Valley Heritage Centre. We took part in their ‘Wild Maths’ learning activities! We tasted and grew our own micro-greens, learned about different animals and had lots of fun with our friends!
P3 Go Wild in the Woods
This morning Primary 3 took part in a very wet outdoor learning session with Kids Gone Wild. We had fun exploring the woods, climbing trees and we bravely had a go at slacklining. We had the best time being wet, messy and outdoors!
NYCOS
Primary 4/5 have been enjoying weekly lessons with NYCOS. We have been learning music through singing games and activities. We had so much fun in our final session using the parachute and are sad that our sessions have come to an end.
P6 Fun and Fitness with WL College Students
Today, Primary 6 had the opportunity to work with a group of West Lothian College HND students in fun fitness tests, relay races and games. The children had a brilliant time and are really looking forward to their next session.
