It was so lovely to talk to lots of you on the phone last week.  Can I just say a huge thank you again for all the work you are putting in at home. It sounded to me like you are all doing an amazing job! For those who I didn’t get to speak to, I’ll be in touch again at some point this week.

Please find the P1 weekly timetable below, as well as some additional resources which you might find helpful for the coming week.

In Literacy, this is a revision week where children can practise all of the previous sounds we have covered. In Numeracy, we are finishing our ‘Adding 0-10’ workbook and starting to learn how to count up in fives. This is also the last week of our Under The Sea topic, so feel free to choose as many activities from the Under The Sea grid as you like.

As always, if there are any additional activities you think your child would benefit from, please go for it!

I hope you all managed to have a lovely Easter holiday. I can’t believe that we are now officially into the last term of the school year. I wish so much that we were back to school for real today!

It’s set to be a beautiful week so please make sure the children are out playing in the sunshine lots too!

There is a huge variety of books to choose from. For my P1 children, they might enjoy ‘Starry Eyed Stan’ or ‘The Runaway Ice Berg’ as these link to our Under The Sea topic 🙂
