Hello boys and girls, I hope everyone has had a good week and you are ready for Thursday’s home learning tasks.

Let’s start with some dancing!

R.E.

Today there is a powerpoint for you to look at. We have watched it before but we didn’t complete the activity it suggests. It is a good reminder about all the artifacts you would see in a church. This time watch the powerpoint and complete the activity suggested on slide 11. I’m looking forward to seeing some lovely leaflets.

Literacy

This week we are going to have a look at adjectives. They describe the nouns. I know you have been using them to help make your writing more interesting. Look at the following powerpoint which shows how useful adjectives are in descriptions. Now follow the instructions in slide 8 and make some super sentences.

Maths

We are continuing our work on fractions. In this powerpoint we can see how we can have fractions of numbers too, not just shapes.

Health & Well Being

Today we are going to revisit our topic of friends and what that means.

Draw your friends. Write their names beneath them.

Then think of words to describe them, this ties in nicely with our adjective work.

Look at the example I made ( I think your one will be much better!).

Let’s finish with a story. This is another one of my favourites.
