I hope you all had a great day yesterday and enjoyed “Wellness Wednesday”. I managed to get more plants planted in my garden and now have to stop my dog Alfie from eating them. A big thank you to Sophie’s mum for sending a picture of her poster. Sophie it looks amazing thank you so much for sharing it with me. It has made my day. Some new activities for you to complete today.
Activity 1 – th sound
L.I. to understand that 2 letters can make 1 sound
S.C. I can blend this sound with other sounds to read words

On Tuesday we looked at the soft and loud th sound (its a bit tricky but the more you practice the easier it will become)
We find the soft th in words such as – thin, think, bath, path etc. and the loud hard th in words such as the, them, then etc. Today I would like you to complete the th Code Breaker from you learning pack. Top Tip – all the words have the soft th sound! Challenge – can you make a sentence for each word?

Today I would like you to write a letter to one of your friends from school. Tell them what you have been doing and what you miss about them. Remember you can use your jotter. You can finish off by drawing and picture of you and your friend. Below is a template to help you structure your letter. Enjoy!

Remember Number Talks are all about how you solve a task mentally. For this activity, don’t use anything to help you, just use your brain!
