Zumba

I have been working hard to keep fit this week and I have noticed that it is helping me concentrate better and it is also helping me to sleep for longer at night time! I thought we could all take part in a super fun Zumba session together! Join in with the video below to get your body moving and have a fun brain break! Can you discuss with someone at home why it is important to exercise?

Life Skills

It is important to begin practising important life skills from a young age so we can develop and perfect these as we get older! I would like you to have a go at one (or a few) of the following activities which will help you develop important life skills you will need as you grow up.

  • Help to do the dishes
  • Help to put clothes away
  • Help to tidy the house
  • Help to prepare and cook a meal
  • Help to water the plants
  • Help to put the shopping away
