Medication Return – August 11th

We would like to inform parents and carers about arrangements for handing in any new or existing pupil medication for the upcoming school session.

Date: Tuesday 11th August
Time: Between 9:00am and 11:00am

If your child requires medication to be stored and administered in school, please come along during this time to hand it in.

What to expect

  • The process will take approximately 10 minutes per child
  • You will be asked to:
    • Complete and sign the required paperwork
    • Provide details about the medication
    • Have a photograph taken of your child to support safe identification and administration procedures

This helps us ensure that all medical information is accurate, up to date, and in line with school and local authority guidelines.

Important reminders

  • Please ensure all medication is clearly labelled with your child’s name
  • Bring any relevant medical information or updates from healthcare professionals where appropriate

If you are unable to attend during this time, please contact the school office to make alternative arrangements.

Thank you for your support in helping us keep all children safe and well.
