Primary One has had a very busy week with lots of work in our numeracy and literacy.  We have been using all of our SEAL tools to develop our concept of number.  We have also spent a lot of time building sentences using the smartboard as well as work in our jotters.

Perhaps our favourite part of the week was when Mrs Jones came in for the afternoon on Thursday. We continued weaving and folding to make our ‘bespoke’ kilts as Mrs Jones referred to them.  At least the two of us had a good laugh!

The January fatigue has been quite apparent in P1 this week with many pupils feeling fragile and/or reactionary.  Hopefully a nice restful weekend will be helpful.  We wish everyone a lovely one!
