Parent Partnership
Parent Partnership Parent Letter 2 10 23 – Issued 6 October 2023
In September 2022 our Parent Council took the decision to change their name to the less formal Parent Partnership.
The Parent Partnership still performs all the functions that our Parent Council have carried out over many years. The change of the name better reflects the role of the group in the school and hopes to increase parental involvement and engagement by the use of a less formal title.
Our Parent Partnership meets every term to discuss the work of the school and to organise fundraising activities.
Parents who would like to members of the Parent Partnership are elected at the A.G.M that takes place in September each year.
Parents can still attend meetings but do not have to become members of the Parent Partnership. Only members of the Parent Partnership would be entitled to vote on any matters that arise.

Thursday 12th September 2024 from 6.30 – 8.00 p.m. (Annual General Meeting)
Wednesday 13th November 2024 from 6.30 p.m. – 8.00 p.m.
Wednesday 15th January 2025 from 6.30 p.m. – 8.00 p.m.
Wednesday 12th March 2025 from 6.30 p.m. – 8.00 p.m.
Wednesday 21st May 2025 from 6.30 p.m. – 8.00 p.m.
We would welcome any Parents or Carers who would like to join our Parent Partnership and support the work of the school.

Minutes of meetings will be available after the following meeting when they have been adopted the Parent Partnership as a record of the meeting.

Parent Partnership Events
Our Parent Partnership organise discos for the children and fundraising events during the course of the session.
The dates for session 2024/25 will be provided in due course.
