Our  treat today for ‘Burst into Summer’ was an outdoor disco! Haven’t we got some great move?

The children will be bringing home their completed work and will require a poly bag to carry it. Could you please supply one for your child tomorrow. Thanks.

What a brilliant treat we got today as part of ‘Burst into Summer’. We got to soak Miss Ferguson’ Mr. Green and Mrs. Thomson with sponges. We had a great time!

Every day from now until the end of term there will be a different whole school treat to enjoy as a reward at the end of the school year.  Miss Ferguson will burst a balloon each morning to reveal what the treat will be. Today we found out we can come to school every day next week without wearing our own uniforms (no football tops please).  Tomorrow we will find out about our next reward.

Well done to our star pupil and Sumdog champion this week.

What fabulous art work we finished today. We added all kinds of pond life to our ponds. Don’t they look amazing!

Well done to our latest star pupil in Primary 2.

We used the bats and balls to practise our tennis skills today as well as using the outdoor play equipment too.

What a busy week we have had!

We loved making our dragonfly pictures using the pointillism method. We used paint and dots to make our patterns.

We made information leaflets about bees today as well as making  bee pictures too. We used the large balls to practise bouncing and dribbling between the cones and the outdoor play equipment for P.E.

We worked together with our partners to explore the nature garden in our school to hunt for more mini beasts today. We found spiders, ants, worms, ladybirds. Beetles, flies, slugs and snails.  We also saw the bee hives from a distance as we didn’t wan to get too close!
