This week in Primary 4/3 we have been reading our novels and trying to find out as much information about the characters as we can. We will use the techniques used by the authors in our own story writing! We made a plan for a story we will be writing next week called ‘My Rainforest Adventure!’ Primary 4 have been using arrays to work out multiplication sums. We like using these to help us picture these calculations in our heads. Primary 3 have been using materials to show the place value of different quantities.

We all worked in groups to make information posters about the different layers of the rainforest. Our teacher said we all worked well together and showed good team skills. We are very proud of this and enjoyed showing our parents our hard work on Thursday night.
