At present, there are still a number of pupils for whom we have not yet received a completed form. We would therefore kindly ask pupils and parents to complete the preliminary form as soon as possible, if you have not already done so. Please click on the link below.
As outlined in a previous post on the school website, the information gathered from this form is essential in helping the school develop a well-balanced and effective final subject options form that will be issued prior to the parents evening.
