Classbase 10

January /February

Happy New Year Classbase 10! We hope you all had a lovely break and are ready for another exciting term!

One of our favourite weekly activities at the moment is Music Therapy with Ed on a Friday morning. He brings along his guitar as well as other instruments and everyone loves it when he plays! Some of the children like to dance and sing, while others enjoy feeling the vibrations on the instruments as he plays. We also started taking part in a weekly dance class over the course of January and February.

We have also enjoyed taking part in sensory Valentines activities as well as baking Valentines treats!

November/December

Primary 1 have been very busy getting ready for their Christmas show video and performance! We have also been working on our fine motor skills with seasonal activities such as decorating the Christmas tree and posting cards into Santa’s postbox!

October

We have been celebrating all things Halloween! We had lots of fun at our first Halloween party. Everyone looked fantastic and joined in with lots of dancing and games! We also had our first parent open afternoon, where we took part in Autumnal sensory activities such as potion making and pumpkin rolling!

August/September

Our new pupils have settled into Primary 1 so well! We are all very proud of them. Everyone has been enjoying getting to know our new classmates, staff and new routines!
