Family Learning

Parents who take on a supportive role in their children’s learning make a difference in improving achievement and behaviour. The active involvement of parents can help promote learning for children and young people.

We are very lucky to be supported by Sarah from the Family Learning Team who helps us to promote family learning throughout the year.

“Hi my name is Sarah Nicoll and I am Corsehill Primary School’s Family Learning Worker. I provide support to families throughout the school. I also run family learning workshops for families to come along and learn together. Going forward we have online sessions planned. If you would like any more information of support provided please do not hesitate to contact . Looking forward to seeing you all soon.”

Sarah will be in the playground this term at the end of the day on a Friday to introduce herself to parents. She will also be hosting some online events this term. Please see details below:
