Child Safeguarding

Inverclyde Academy is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, volunteers and visitors to share this commitment.

When visiting the school, the visitor badge system is used to enhance the safety and security of the school and its pupils. Your attention to the following is requested.

  • On arrival at campus, please complete all details as indicated in the visitor log. Please wear your badge in a visible position during your visit and before leaving return to the point of issue to sign out.

If you have any concern that a child has been harmed, is at risk of harm or you receive a disclosure, please contact the main reception as quickly as possible and ask to speak to a one of our staff members below:
