The course uses real-life contexts making it relevant to the world of work. You will develop an understanding of administration in the workplace and legislation affecting organisations; an understanding of customer service/care and its benefits; industry standard IT skills (Word Processing, Spreadsheet, Database) and organisational skills in the context of organising and supporting events.
